An Adrian Pearsall Lounge Chair and Ottoman on Sculptured Walnut Frame and Upholstered in Channeled Tan Leather
Note: Adrian Pearsall was born September 18, 1925 in Trumansburg, New York. The company which Adrian is most famous for is Craft and Associates which was founded in 1952 and continued through 1969 when it was sold to Lane. Adrian was a master craftsman and many of his designs are considered pieces of art as well as furniture. The Pearsall design incorporated flowing lines which may have been influenced by Adrian’s passion for sailing; and his service in the U.S. Navy during World War II. The designs were greatly influenced by Adrian’s mentor, the very sought after American Master Furniture Designer, Vladimir Kagan.
